It is quite an honor to share Sari and Cole’s engagement session! They have such a sweet relationship and it was quickly obvious that they are a pretty perfect match. They are one of those couples who are just so easy going together and really enjoy each other’s company. And they also happen to have one of the cutest fur babies…a very well behaved one at that. So I also have to introduce you to Piggy. He steals the show whenever he can!

It was fun to have another engagement session at Great Falls and it also holds special meaning for these two as Cole’s father proposed to his mother here many years ago! The majestic views and the sound of raging waters is met with a tranquil peace along the shoreline as well. I can see how a proposal here would be intimate and yet powerful. So this just seemed like such a great place for us to venture.

We had a great time getting to know each other more. I even had the chance to meet Sari’s mother because she came to help with Piggy. We ventured around quite a bit and Sari and Cole even walked out on the walks a bit (don’t worry…it was in a safe spot!). I felt like I had known them a lot longer than I have! While they live in Northern Virginia, they have different roots and their 2018 wedding will be at Old House Vineyards, close to Sari’s home (and mine!). And she is just such a natural beauty!!! Her lovely hair was styled by Yissel Santos, always an amazing hair and make up artist without fail. I can’t wait to see her on her wedding day!

I had so much fun with Sari and Cole and I can’t wait for their summer wedding next year!!!
